2025 IEEE 102nd Vehicular Technology Conference: VTC2025-Fall
19-22, October, Chengdu, China
https://events.vtsociety.org/vtc2025-fall/
Join us at this flagship conference of IEEE Vehicular Technology Society!
To learn about the city of Chengdu, see
https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=zMMXyAp-1Do
For Visa Information, see
https://events.vtsociety.org/vtc2025-fall/local-resources/
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
IEEE VTC2025-Fall will feature world-class plenary speakers, tutorials,
technical as well as application sessions, and an innovative Industry
Track, which will feature panels and presentations with industry leaders
sharing their perspectives on the latest technologies.
As an adjunct to the main conference, the Technical Program Committee is
opening a Recent Results track that will offer the opportunity for rapid
publication of emerging work by industry and academia. Authors have the
option of seeking an oral or poster presentation accompanied by a paper in
the proceedings, or a demo accompanied by a short paper.
The Recent Results track will accept submissions in all topics relevant to
VTC. It differs from other tracks in that submission of 2-page abstracts
(with results) will be considered as well as 5-page full papers. All
abstracts submitted to the Recent Results track will undergo peer-review by
subject matter experts, and the full paper version of accepted submissions
will be submitted for publication in the conference proceedings and on IEEE
Xplore® (conditional on presentation by one of the authors at the
conference). All submissions should emphasize the novelty of the work and
the results obtained.

Ilmenau, Germany
https://www.resilient-worlds.org/renesys2025/
https://kuvs.de/netsys/2025
*****************************************************************************************
Resilience, as an emerging research field, is strongly required as a core
property of all
kinds of critical systems. It describes the ability of a system to absorb
shocks,
recover promptly, adapt to maintain comparable functionality, and continuously
improve by learning from such incidents. With the increasing complexity and
heterogeneity
of critical networks and systems, the scope of resilience is going beyond
traditional
fault tolerance and security paradigms and encompasses emerging
requirements such as
ultra-reliability, deterministic performance, trustworthiness, and privacy.
This also
necessitates advanced resilience measures, incorporating artificial
intelligence (AI) and
machine learning (ML) models, quantum security, real-time and distributed
reconfiguration
methods etc.
Accordingly,*the Workshop on Resilient Networks and Systems (ReNeSys 2025)*
targets new
approaches for design, analysis, and evaluation of next-generation
resilient networks and
interconnected systems. It invites contributions for advanced techniques to
overcome complex
resilience challenges and to achieve various resilience objectives like
dependability,
security, robustness etc. The workshop spans diverse domains, including
wired and wireless
communication, Internet of Things (IoT), vehicular networks, cyber-physical
systems,
energy-constrained/intermittently powered systems, mobile edge computing,
distributed
operating systems, software-defined systems and beyond.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
   * Theoretical resilience frameworks and models
   * Complex failure and threat models, and emerging resilience
challenges (e.g., power-failure
       resilience, large-scale disasters, high mobility etc.)

quantum computer)
   * Resilient software design (e.g., applications, middlewares,
operating systems)
   * Resilient virtualized systems (e.g., cloud/edge/fog computing
paradigms, SOA)
   * Resilient network technologies and paradigms (e.g., 5G/6G, TSN,
network coding)
   * Anomaly detection, prevention, prediction, and mitigation techniques
   * System and network orchestration and (re)configuration schemes for
resilience
   * AI for resilience and resilience for AI (e.g., federated learning,
explainable AI)
   * Metrics and evaluation methods for qualitative and quantitative
resilience analysis
   * Case studies, testbeds, simulation frameworks, and prototypes
*****************************************************************************************
*Important Dates:*
 * Paper Submission Deadline: May 30, 2025
 * Notification of Acceptance: June 27, 2025
 * Camera-Ready Paper Submission: July 4, 2025
*****************************************************************************************
*Submission:*
ReNeSys 2025 accepts the submissions in the form of (i) new ideas in early
research phase,
(ii) work-in-progress papers (WIP), or (iii) extended abstracts for already
published works.
All submissions should be up to 3 pages (including references) in IEEE
double-column conference

The 11th IEEE International Conference on Dependability in Sensor, Cloud, and
Big Data Systems and Applications (DependSys-2025)
https://hpcn.exeter.ac.uk/dependsys2025/
Exeter, UK, 13-15 August 2025
INTRODUCTION
=============
DependSys-2025 conference is the 11th event in the series of conferences which offers a timely venue for bringing together new ideas, techniques, and solutions for dependability and its issues in sensor, cloud, and big data systems and applications. As we are deep into the Information Age, huge amounts of data are generated every day from sensors, individual archives, social networks, Internet of Things, enterprises and Internet in various scales and format which will pose a major challenge to the dependability of our designed systems. As these systems often tend to become inert, fragile, and vulnerable after a period of running. Effectively improving the dependability of sensor, cloud, big data systems and applications has become increasingly critical.
This conference provides a forum for individuals, academics, practitioners, and organizations who are developing or procuring sophisticated computer systems on whose dependability of services they need to place great confidence. Future systems need to close the dependability gap in face of challenges in different circumstances. The emphasis will be on differing properties of such services, e.g., continuity, effective performance, real-time responsiveness, corruption, anomaly, ability to avoid catastrophic failures, prevention of deliberate privacy intrusions, reliability, availability, sustainability, adaptability, heterogeneity, security, safety, and so on.
DependSys-2025 will be hosted in Exeter, the capital city of Devon and provides the county with a central base for education, medicine, religion, commerce and culture. Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers to DependSys-2025. All accepted papers are expected to be included in IEEE Xplore and will be indexed by Engineering Index (EI). The authors of selected best papers will be invited post conference to extend their contributions for special issues of prestigious journals to be planned in conjunction with the conference.
SCOPE AND TOPICS
================
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
Track 1: Dependability and Security Fundamentals and Technologies
Track 2: Dependable and Secure Systems
Track 3: Dependable and Secure Applications
Track 4: Dependability and Security Measures and Assessments
PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINE
==========================
All papers need to be submitted electronically through the conference submission website (https://hpcn.exeter.ac.uk/dependsys/) with PDF format. The materials presented in the papers should not be published or under submission elsewhere. Each paper is limited to 8 pages (or 12 pages with over length charge) including figures and references using IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscripts style (two columns, single-spaced, 10 fonts).
Once accepted, the paper will be included into the IEEE conference proceedings published by IEEE Computer Society Press (indexed by EI). At least one of the authors of any accepted paper is requested to register the paper at the conference.
