Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to announce the publication of the Call for Papers for the
21st Wireless On-demand Network Systems and Services Conference (WONS
2026). The conference will take place from March 2nd to 4th, 2026, in Les
Roches, Crans-Montana, located in the beautiful region of Valais/Wallis,
Switzerland.
The WONS conference is a unique occasion to enter in contact with a
research community made of highly talented and skilled researchers, in a
welcoming and open environment. WONS is known for its engaging discussions
with a mix of experienced and young researchers that yearly meet in a
wonderful mountain setting to share their progress and advance our research
area.
WONS stands for Wireless On-demand Network systems and Services and focuses
on different types of wireless LANs, including NextG cellular, mesh and
sensor networks, cloud networks, vehicular networks, non-terrestrial
networks, and in-body networks. The challenges of this exciting research
field are numerous. They include how to provide robust services in highly
dynamic, mobile, and extreme environments, how to minimize energy demands
or zero out battery usage in favor of renewable energy sources, how to
smartly blend multiple wireless technologies available to a network node,
and how to make wireless on-demand networks and services self-configurable,
adaptive, self-organizing, and self-healing.
This announcement solicits original contributions of both full length (8
pages) and short paper (4 pages). Topics of interest comprise, but are not
limited to:
5G and 6G networks
Autonomous Vehicles and Self-Driving Networks
Cloud/edge/fog computing and networking
Cognitive radio networks
Connecting the unconnected: on-demand networks for the next billion

*********************************************************************
We are pleased to invite your submissions for the 4th edition of the
International Conference on 6G Networking (6GNet 2025), which will be held
in Paris, France, from December 17 to 19, 2025!
Discussions on 6th Generation (6G) networks have already started in
standardisation at the 3rd Generation partnership project (3GPP),
envisaging first 6G specifications by 2030. In parallel, research on 6G is
accelerating with multiple initiatives worldwide producing more
proof-of-concepts and trial. Simultaneously, the future of network traffic
is becoming unusually uncertain and network traffic forecasts are disrupted
by two recent phenomena : the tremendous development of novel services
everyday driven by AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI, and at the same time,
the recent efforts of large traffic generators such as video content
providers to optimise video codecs and reduce traffic whilst protecting the
end-to-end Quality of Experience (QoE). As a consequence, business-as-usual
exponential traffic growths are challenged. Additionally, there is a
growing concern to take into account the lessons learnt from 5G, which is
still struggling to be monetized in may territories. A development of 6G
networks that is sustainable economically, societally and environmentally,
including minimum hardware refresh is desirable. Last but not least,
network features can now be considered as APIs by Application software
developpers to build services.
In such highly dynamic context, 6G networking is a tremendous opportunity
to investigate and foster research in areas like network Ai-driven traffic
modelling, network for AI, network APIs for future services, the need for
massive digital inclusion and stronger robustness against attacks of any
kind, among other challenging topics like global network automation (AI for
network), delivery and operation. 6G networking may also be seen as a true
convergence point where the distinction between fixed and mobile
infrastructures would not make sense anymore. The research effort in this
area of convergence has ignited for quite some time but dramatically
progressed with 5G techniques, possibly combined with others like advanced
forwarding schemes (multi-path communication designs) or AI/ML-fueled
network automation. This third 6G conference therefore aims at assessing
the progress of the various research efforts in areas that will forge 6G
networks.
The 6GNet conference will bring together top-notch experts from academia
and industry, including network operators, to stimulate discussions,
introduce new ideas and thereby contribute to the progress of 6G networking
research.
We invite authors to submit original contributions in all areas of 6G
networks and networks for 2030 and beyond.

CALL FOR TECHNICAL PAPERS
---------------------------
The Web of Things (WoT) envisions semantic interoperability by re-using
well-accepted standards and technologies that have enabled the World Wide
Web (WWW). Unlike stack-oriented solutions (e.g., ZigBee), WoT proposes to
achieve system interoperability at the application layer by abstracting
from the sensing and communication technologies: in a rough approximation,
Things are represented using Web technologies and interactions with Things
are mapped to uniform RESTful concepts.
This workshop invites original research articles and review articles that
focus on the Web of Things and interoperability challenges in IoT scenarios.
---------------------------
TOPICS
---------------------------
-Interoperability in the Internet of Things
Semantic interoperability
Web of Things
Interoperability in the Web of Constrained Things
-Technologies for the Web of Things
Fog, edge, and cloud computing

The 2nd Workshop on Integrated Wireless Networking and Computing (IWNC)
aims to bring together researchers and practitioners working at the
intersection of advanced wireless communication and network-centric
computing. As modern wireless networks, such as IoT, Wi-Fi, and 5G/6G, grow
in scale and complexity, new challenges emerge in their design,
optimization, and operation. Addressing these challenges increasingly
requires integrated approaches that combine communication protocols with
intelligent computing capabilities, both at the edge and within the network
itself.
Key to this integration are techniques that jointly optimize multiple
network functions, such as resource allocation, scheduling, and link
adaptation, while taking advantage of AI/ML-assisted methods to make
networks more adaptive, efficient, and autonomous. In parallel, the rise of
In-Network Computing (INC), enabled by advances in programmable data planes
and languages like P4, is reshaping the way computation and data processing
are distributed across the network fabric.
IWNC welcomes original contributions that explore synergies between
wireless networking and computing, including but not limited to:
* AI/ML-driven optimization in wireless systems
* Joint design of communication and computation functions
* Programmable wireless networks and smart NICs
* In-Network Computing architectures and applications
* Cross-layer and cross-domain design approaches
* Early-stage research ideas and system prototypes
This workshop fosters discussion and collaboration across the wireless,
networking, and computing communities, encouraging innovative perspectives
and interdisciplinary solutions.
