Scope
WMuNeP 2011, to be held in conjunction with ACM MSWiM 2011, is the 7th ACM Workshop on Wireless Multimedia Networking and Computing. This workshop will bring together researcher, engineers, and practitioners to share and exchange their experiences, discuss challenges, and report state-of-the-art research in the areas of multimedia networking and computing. Authors are encouraged to submit full papers presenting recent research related to theory or practice of all aspects of multimedia networking and computing. Submitted papers must not have been published elsewhere, nor currently under review in other conferences or journals.

Topics of interest include, but not limited to:
* Multimedia Quality of Service (QoS) provisioning
* Quality of Experience (QoE) for multimedia communications
* Multimedia delivery over wireless networks
* Mobile multimedia networking (including over vehicular networks)
* Green multimedia networking and computing
* Social networking and communications services
* Cloud-aware multimedia networking and computing
* Multimedia networking and computing for rich media communications
* Performance modeling and analysis of multimedia networking and computing

Submission Guidelines:
Papers must be submitted electronically through EDAS at http://edas.info//N10775. Paper length must be no more than 10 pages, double column, ACM style (http://www.acm.org/sigs/publications/proceedings-templates) including tables and figures. Note that the regular paper size will be 8 pages, with the possibility to obtain up to 2 additional pages (total 10 pages) by paying a publication fee. Only PDF formats are accepted. Short papers might be included in the technical program to complement publication of mature results and to foster early discussion and exchange of novel ideas. Please refer to the workshop webiste for more detailed instructions for paper submission.
