The annual IEEE International Conference on Distributed Computing Systems
(ICDCS) http://icdcs2018.ocg.at is the premier international forum for
researchers, developers and users to present, discuss and exchange the ideas
and R&D results on topics related to the cutting-edge technologies of
distributed computing systems. We invite you to submit your original
contributions to ICDCS. ICDCS will take place in Vienna, Austria, July 2-6,
2018.

###TOPICS OF INTEREST###
ICDCS 2018 seeks original, high-quality papers related to all aspects of
distributed computing systems. ICDCS 2018 solicits new research papers in 11
focused research tracks. In addition, ICDCS 2018 features three special
tracks for Industry and Experimentation, Application and Experiences, and
Vision papers. Topics of particular interest include, but are not limited
to:
* Big Data Systems and Distributed Data Management & Analytics
* Cloud Computing and Data Center Systems
* Distributed Operating Systems and Middleware
* Distributed Algorithms and Theory
* Distributed Fault Tolerance and Dependability
* Security, Privacy, Trust in Distributed Systems
* Distributed Green Computing and Energy Management
* Mobile and Wireless Computing
* Edge Computing
* Internet of Things, Smart Cities, and Cyber-Physical Systems
* Social Networks and Crowdsourcing

###SUBMISSIONS###
Original papers, not submitted for publication elsewhere, can be submitted
via Easychair at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icdcs2018. All
submissions should follow the IEEE 8.5'' x 11'' two-column format. Each
submission can have up to 10 pages without references. Papers exceeding this
length limit or with smaller fonts will be rejected without review. If the
submission is accepted for publication, up to 2 over-length pages may be
purchased for the final camera-ready version. Submissions should NOT be
blinded for review.
