Motivation Artificial Intelligence (AI) is bringing intelligence to the digital age. Internet of Things (IoT) revolutionized everything by connecting all the ‘Things’. Things include self-driving vehicles, smart homes, smart cities, and smart grid etc. Recent Advancement in technology is helping to realize the dream of IoT. AI is the crucial enabler to make IoT intelligent. AI has shown improvements in multimedia, speech recognition, and computer networks etc. However, recently researchers and practitioners start applying the AI techniques/algorithms on widespread problems of IoT to make it intelligent without human intervention. This workshop aims to bring together the academia and industrial researchers to explore the opportunities of AI for IoT, study its impact on the challenges and propose viable solutions. We solicit papers covering various topics of interest that include, but not limited to the following. • AI-based application, protocols and services for smart cities • AI-based application, protocols and services for smart grids • AI-based application, protocols and services for smart health • AI-based application, protocols and services for smart homes • AI-based application, protocols and services for industrial IoT • AI-based multimedia applications for IoT • AI-based big data mining for IoT • AI-based big data analysis for IoT • AI-based techniques for IoT edge devices • AI-based cloud computing for IoT • AI-based architecture for IoT • AI-based vehicular network • AI-based smart robots • AI-based IoT network security and mitigation techniques • AI-based solutions for Cognitive IoT • AI-based cross layer solutions for IoT
