Pervasive computing and communications is emerging as an exciting new paradigm with a goal to provide computing and communication services all the time, everywhere. This emergence is a natural outcome of research and technological advances in wireless networks, mobile computing, distributed computing and agent technologies. PerCom is the annual IEEE conference on pervasive computing and communications and as such it will provide a high profile, leading edge forum for researchers and engineers alike to present their latest advances in the field of pervasive computing and communications.
