Performance evaluation of computer systems and networks has progressed rapidly in the past decade and has begun to approach maturity. Significant progress has been made in analytic modeling, simulation and measurement approaches for performance evaluation of computer and telecommunication systems. Tutorial abstracts along with keynote speeches?abstracts will be included in the proceedings of the conference. * NEW * Work-in-Progress Track: WiP session will be devoted to the presentation of new and on-going research into Performance Evaluation of Computer and Telecommunication Systems. We are especially interested in new and creative ideas and approaches. The primary purpose of this session is to provide researchers with an opportunity to discuss their evolving ideas and gather feedback from professionals involved in performance evaluation of computer and telecommunication systems. WiP papers should be limited to 6 pages. Authors interested in this track should label their papers with a "work in progress track" under the paper title. Please use the regular submission procedure.
