Since 1955 the International Teletraffic Congress (ITC) has provided a forum for researchers and practitioners to present and discuss innovations in telecommunications network design, performance evaluation, reliability, quality and traffic management measurements, and forecasting. ITC 25 continues this tradition, focusing on teletraffic contributions toward understanding the benefits and costs of emerging architectural shifts in the Internet.
