The Tenth* International Symposium on Wireless Communication Systems (ISWCS 2013),* will be held from August 27 until August 30, 2013 at Ilmenau University of Technology, Ilmenau, Germany. This is one of the largest events in Europe in the area of wireless communications and will focus on "Wireless Communications for the 2020s".
The conference will bring together individuals from academia, government, and industry to discuss and exchange ideas in the fields of wireless and mobile communications, networking, and signal processing employed to support the needs of the Information Society. The conference will feature world-class plenary speakers, special sessions, tutorials, workshops, and technical and application sessions. ISWCS 2013 is technically sponsored by the VDE and the technical sponsorship of the IEEE is being set up. The papers will appear in the IEEExplore database.
We invite the submission of original, unpublished technical papers in the following areas:
- Communication theory - Signal processing - Information theory - Antennas and propagation - Cognitive radio - Networking, protocols - Wireless sensor networks - Multimedia systems
Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a 5-page full paper (or a 2-page extended abstract including results) through the conference web site using the EDAS system.
