The 1st International Conference on E-business and Telecommunication Networks (ICETE), in cooperation with IEEE, IEEE Communications Society, ACM, SIGMIS, IEICE and SWIM, is a world class forum for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of e-business and telecommunication networks.
