Submission Guidelines for Demo Track
Contributions for the demo session are expected to show work-in-progress of technical interest in an informal setting. We explicitly encourage submissions from students and industry. Demo proposals must include a short pitch of the presented setup for review (2-4 pages, 11pt font, one-column IEEE format). The proposal should be submitted electronically in PDF format via NetSys 2025 HotCRP (https://netsys25.prakinf.tu-ilmenau.de, please choose “New demo submission” as the first step).
Please note that, although the topics of interest are identical to the main conference, accepted papers of other tracks do not automatically qualify for the demo track; please submit a separate demo proposal.
Online Publication Guidelines
For camera-ready versions to appear in the digital proceedings, please make sure to upload a PDF/A that follows the following guidelines:
IEEE (IEEEtran) conference format, one-column, A4 paper, 11pt font size, max. 4 pages including references, figures, and tables, use default margins for IEEEtran: top 17 mm, bottom 50 mm, left 14 mm, right 14 mm. We have prepared a sample paper PDF along with a sample LaTeX file for your reference.
