IEEE GLOBECOM --- the premier telecommunications event --- covers the entire range of
communications technologies, offering in-depth information on the latest developments
in voice, data, image, and multimedia.

Co-located with the World Telecommunications Congress (WTC), IEEE GLOBECOM will

Tutorials: proposals for half-day and full-day presentations on conference topics are due
by 15 March 2008.
Workshops: submissions on the latest technical and business issues in communications
and networking topics are due by 1 March 2008.
Design & Developers Forum: submissions featuring emerging technologies and business
applications for design and developers are due by 15 March 2008.
