The 16th International Conference on Mobility, Sensing and Networking (IEEE MSN 2020) December 17-19, Tokyo, Japan https://conference.cs.cityu.edu.hk/msn2020/index.php
IEEE MSN 2020 provides a forum for academic researchers and industry practitioners to present research progresses, exchange new ideas, and identify future directions in the field of Mobility, Sensing and Networking. From this year, with the technology advancement and the success of previous editions of MSN, the name of conference is changed from “International Conference on Mobile Ad- hoc and Sensor Networks” to “International Conference on Mobility, Sensing and Networking”.
Scope and Objectives Mobility, sensing and networking are the key areas of enabling technologies for the next-generation networks, Internet of Things and Cyber-Physical Systems. Recent years have witnessed the increasing convergence of algorithms, protocols, and applications for mobility, sensing and networking in a range of applications including connected vehicles, smart cities, industries, and smart health. Building on the past 15 years of success, the 16th International Conference on Mobility, Sensing and Networking (MSN 2020) provides a forum for academic researchers and industry practitioners to exchange new research ideas, present their progress, and identify future directions in the field of mobility, sensing and networking.
The conference solicits submissions from all areas relating to mobility, sensing and networking as well as corresponding applications. Topics of interests are covered at the following tracks: Algorithms, Theory, and Protocols Systems & Tools Experiments & Applications Mobile & Wireless Networks Edge and Fog Computing Network Security, Privacy, Trust, and Blockchain Big Data and AI in Networking Wireless and Ubiquitous Sensing
Best Paper Award and Journal Special Issues: Three accepted papers will be selected for best conference paper awards and one accepted paper will be potentially selected as the best track paper for tracks. Selected papers will be recommended to IEEE Internet of Things Journal (IoTJ, IF: 9.936), Computer Communications (Elsevier), Digital Communications and Networks (Elsevier, IF: 5.382), and EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking for potential publications.
Submission Procedure Submitted manuscripts must be prepared according to IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Format (double column, 10pt font, letter paper) and submitted in PDF file format. The manuscript should be no longer than 8 pages. Up to two additional pages are permitted if the authors are willing to pay an over-length charge at the time of publication (manuscripts cannot exceed 8 pages in total).
