The PhD Forum at MOBILIGHT 2009 Conference is a poster session included as part of the conference technical program, aiming at the exchange of ideas and experiences among PhD students from different parts of the world. Selected PhD students will have the opportunity to discuss their theses and research activities with specialists within the wireless communication community. The Forum will represent a good opportunity for students to receive valuable feedback on their work and to gain exposure to the international industrial, academic and research market.

Furthermore, the Forum will also provide a great chance for industry to meet promising junior researchers, enabling to incorporate the latest research developments into their business

Submission Requirements

1. PhD Forum applicants should be recent or soon-to-be PhD candidates, or students enrolled in a PhD program.

2. Submit a two-page extended abstract describing the novelties and advantages of the submitted work.

3. The submission should be prepared as a two-columns, single-spaced technical paper style; include title, brief abstract, keywords, and full contact information at the top; and be typed in at least 11-point font size. The two-page document should be prepared as a pdf file and sent as an attachment in email to adlen.ksentini@irisa.fr.

4. The email subject should be: “Mobilight PhD Forum submission – your last name”.
