General Information

Preparations for MILCOM 2005 are under way. We invite you to participate in the conference being held October 17-20 in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

MILCOM 2005 is the premier conference on military communications sponsored by the Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Communications Society, the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and the Ft. Monmouth Team C4ISR is the MILCOM 2005 DoD Advisor. Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) is the corporate host for MILCOM 2005.

MILCOM offers a full program of technical sessions, tutorials, keynote speakers, and panel discussion focusing on the technology, systems and operations for military and tactical communications networks.

The theme for MILCOM 2005 is Innovation...Fueling the Transformation. The technical sessions and exhibits will focus on information relevant to communication and information systems capabilities that address the 21st century challenges of National Defense and Homeland Security. The conference will take place at the Atlantic City Convention Center and accommodations for the conference will be the Tropicana Hotel and the Sheraton Hotel.
