3rd Conference on Security and Network Architectures (SAR'04) La Londe - Cote d'azur (France), 21-25 June, 2004

After the success of SAR'02 (Marrakech) and SAR'03(Nancy), SAR'04 will take place in La Londe (France) and deals with the main theme of security and network architectures. The purpose of the conference is to offer to the computer science community -- managers, engineers, researchers, teachers and students -- the opprtunity to discuss advances in researches and developpement in the field of network security. A part of the conference is devoted to tutorials in advanced fields of security in order to encourage interactions and exchanges between participants. Authors are particularly invited to submit tutorials, research papers and papers presenting an experience or an industrial application in the following topics of interest (but not limited to):

- Public Key Infrastructures (PKI) - Cryptography, digital signatures, multi-signatures, attribut certificats - Multicast security - Certification, profils of protection, Security policies, formal verification technics - Biometry, watermarking - Security protocols - IPv6, MPLS and their impacts on network security - Authentication, access control and authorisation - Vulnerabilities, attacks and intrusion detection - Firewalls, proxies - Embeded systems and smartcards - Security in wireless networks - Metrology or security measurement - Reliability of infrastructures - Methodology, ethics, legislation, regulation - XML, Web Services and Security

Authors are invited to submit papers and tutorials in an electronic format (PDF or PS). Selected papers will be proposed for publication in a special issue of a journal.
