1) Connecting the Unconnected (CTU) Challenge – Calling for contribution of early-stage project or concept which offers unique ways to increase Internet access and usage for unconnected people around the world. Start-ups, grassroots organizations, universities, individuals working towards digital inclusion in unique and original ways are encouraged to participate in this challenge. 2) * Full paper submission* – A project/product that has been completed or in the process of completion with significant novelty can be considered for possible publication in IEEE Xplore.
