The 14th IEEE International Symposium on Personal, Indoor and Mobile Radio Communications (PIMRC2003) will be held in Beijing, China, from September 7 to 10, 2003. Following the past 13 successful editions, this highly reputed IEEE conference will firstly come to China, the largest developing country and also the largest mobile telecommunication market in the world. This symposium will be jointly organized by the Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE), Tsinghua University, and King's College London, under the supports of major telecommunication operators (China Telecom, China Mobile, China Netcom, China Unicom, etc) and industries.
