Dear colleagues,

In an effort to provide a reference body of knowledge in the field of wireless communications, mobile networking and ubiquitous computing, we are aiming to build an "Encyclopedia of Next Generation Mobile Networks and Ubiquitous Computing". This encyclopedia is intended to be a collaborative initiative that brings together expertises and innovative research works in the fast evolving fields of mobile networking, wireless communications and ubiquitous computing.
