The International Performance, Computing, and Communications Conference is the premiere IEEE conference presenting research in the performance of computer and communication systems. For the last two decades, IPCCC has been a research forum for academic, industrial, and government researchers.

We encourage submission of high-quality papers reporting original work in both theoretical and experimental research areas. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Mobile and Networked Applications * Mobile and Ad-hoc Networking * Mobile and Ubiquitous Systems * Performance Evaluation * Performance of Web Servers * Performance of Workloads * High-Performance Computing * Power-Aware Design * Grid Computing * Embedded Systems * Storage Systems * Network Security * Network Protocols * Network Information Assurance * Network Computing

Submitted manuscripts must not exceed 20 pages with 11-point font size. All papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format.

In addition, proposals are solicited for the following: (Contact the program co-chairs listed at http://www.ipccc.org for details)

* Half or full-day workshops on relevant topics. * Panel sessions on topics of timely importance. * Half or full-day tutorials on innovative topics related to the conference. * Student Poster sessions on current research.

Full papers are due October 15, 2004. Tutorial, workshop, and panel proposals are due October 4, 2004. Student Poster proposals are due October 15, 2004. Academic reviews by corresponding authors are due by November 15, 2004. Notifications of acceptance will be made by December 7, 2004. Camera-ready manuscripts and registrations are due January 15, 2005.
