IPCN 2003 (IP-based Cellular Networks) will take place in Paris on June 17 to 20, 2003. One of the most interesting new areas of IPCN is the relationship between the licensed 2.5/3G services and 802.11 hot spots. How can optimal use be made of both environments such that a realistic business service is possible? The objectives of the fourth edition of IPCN is to provide detailed responses to this question.
