This annual international conference is a forum for professionals involved in performance evaluation of computer and telecommunication systems. Evaluation of computer systems and networks is needed at every stage in the life cycle of the product including design, manufacturing, sales/purchase, use, upgrade, tuning, etc. The discipline of performance evaluation has progressed rapidly in the past decade, and it has now begun to approach maturity.
