Please note that the submission deadline for the 64th IEEE Vehicular Technology Conference has been extended to 16 February 2006.

Following many requests from prospective authors, this is a short extension to enable authors to finalize their submission.

In order to enable you to plan your schedule, here is the updated paper review timeline:

Thu Feb 16, 2006: Published deadline for submission to TrackChair©

Fri Feb 17, 2006: Hard Deadline for submissions - Starting on this date, Track Chairs assign papers to TPC members

Thu Feb 23, 2006: All Papers allocated to TPC members, TPC members start allocating papers to reviewers

Thu Mar 2, 2006: All Papers assigned to reviewers

Fri Mar 31, 2006: Reviews of papers due(soft deadline) - This gives reviewers a least 4 weeks for reviews

Until Fri Apr 7, 2006: Reviewer chasing; additional reviewers assigned as required

Fri Apr 7, 2006: Hard deadline for reviews

Fri Apr 7, 2006: TPC/Track Chairs assess open issues - TPC meeting to resolve issues, if required

Thu Apr 20, 2006: Assessment of papers: oral, poster, reject - TPC co-chairs also define number of sessions and titles

Mon May 1, 2006: Authors notified of acceptance/rejection
