Dear Colleague,

The 6th International Conference on Mobile Computing and Multimedia (MoMM2008) will be held in Linz, Austria, on 24-26 November 2008. This year, MoMM is held in technical cooperation with SIG-COM and SIG-MM.

There are FOUR (4) journal special issues for MoMM2008: - Multimedia Systems, Springer (SCI), - Multimedia Tools and Applications, Springer (SCI), - Mobile Information Systems, IOS Press, and - Journal of Mobile Multimedia, Rinton Press.

In the past two MoMM conferences, a significant number of regular papers have been extended and appeared in journal special issues (40% of MoMM2006, and 31% of MoMM2007).

You are welcome to submit your papers to MoMM2008 for a fast track journal publication. Multimedia researchers are especially welcome to submit their papers. The theme tracks of the conference are: Multimedia track, Mobile Computing track, and Mobile Multimedia track. MoMM2008 conference proceedings will be included in the ACM Digital Library (pending approval).
