We would appreciate if you propose and send your contribution in time. The SoftCOM 2004 Conference, co-sponsored by the IEEE Communication Society (COMSOC), will be held October 11-13, 2004 aboard the cruising ship. The 12th International Conference on Software, Telecommunications and Computer Networks (SoftCOM 2004), co-sponsored by the IEEE Communication Society (COMSOC), will be held October 11-13 in Split (Croatia) and Venice (Italy) (the final itinerary will be announced soon).
