Unclassified Technical Program Submission Process:
The Web-based Abstract Management System (WAMS) is used to submit abstracts, draft papers, and final papers. During the abstract submission process, author and password information will need to be entered and a Paper ID# will be assigned. This Paper ID# and password will be used to upload papers and change author information.
Please review the proposed session titles and descriptions (http://www.milcom.org) before submitting a title and brief abstract. The abstract must NOT contain any ITAR-related, classified, or proprietary information. Each submission requires author names, affiliations, citizenship, addresses, phone and fax numbers, e-mail addresses, and the applicable topic or subtopic. For papers with more than one author, indicate which author will serve as the point of contact.
Abstracts will not be graded but will be used to help define the sessions.
Unclassified draft papers submitted to WAMS will be reviewed and graded once all the appropriate forms have been completed and received. It is the author's responsibility to obtain and provide the relevant approvals for public release of draft and final papers. Note that papers WILL NOT be reviewed until all the appropriate forms have been completed and received. Refer to the Unclassified Author’s Kit for more information.
Unclassified final papers submitted to WAMS must also include the appropriate completed forms since any change to the draft paper constitutes a new paper
Unclassified papers may be selected for presentation in classified sessions if the presenters have a valid security clearance.
