The IEEE CPSCom-2025 Conference was planned to be held in Zhengzhou, China, October 30 - November 02, 2025. We will be pretty happy to see all authors manage to attend IEEE CPSCom-2025. --------------------- *INTRODUCTION* --------------------- Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) and Cyber-Social Systems (CSS) are emerging cross-disciplinary research areas that feature the combination of computational and physical elements. CSS is rapidly evolving due to the popularity of online social networking. With the advent of ubiquitous sensing and networking, future social networks involve cyber-physical interactions among associated social attributes. Cyber-Physical-Social Systems (CPSS) are known as the integration between CPS and CSS.

The 18th IEEE International Conference on Cyber, Physical and Social Computing (CPSCom 2025) will be held in Zhengzhou, Henan, China, October 30- November 02, 2025, will provide a high-profile leading-edge forum for researchers, engineers, and practitioners to present state-of-the-art advances and innovations. We seek submissions of papers addressing new techniques, introducing innovative methodologies, and proposing new CPS, CSS, and CPSS research directions.

Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers to IEEE CPSCom-2025. All accepted papers are expected to be included in IEEE Xplore and will be indexed by Engineering Index (EI). The authors of selected best papers will be invited post conference to extend their contributions for special issues of prestigious journals to be planned in conjunction with the conference.
