Hi Jonhannes, I have single board computers running openwrt. I checked the logs from them and SecurityKeyManager does not start in this boards, thus, it seams that the problem is not related with the key. I have no problem in mac, ubuntu and android with the same configurations. May be this problem related with missing packages from openwrt? Fwd: BAB security

Hi, I have a testbed with several nodes with different OSs working well with ibr-dtn version 12. However when I tried to use BAB authentication with a plaintext key, the nodes with openwrt do not work well and the destination node print the following message: “WARNING TCPConnection: bundle has been rejected: security checks failed” . I use the same configuration for all nodes and the same key, why is it having security problems.? Do you have any hint ? OpenWrt: config 'daemon' 'security' option level 1 option bab_key /root/key.mac option key_path /root macbook, ubuntu: security_level = 1 security_bab_default_key = /Users/myname/key.mac security_path = /Users/myname Thanks, Tiago

Modifying bundle contents prior to forwarding through custom RouterExtension.

Hello, I have the following: - A bundle that has an extension block, which includes a list of entries. I need to process the bundle as follows: - Peek at the end of the list, and based on the value of a variable maintained in my RoutingExtension, pop off the end of the list, before forwarding the bundle. My question is, where is the appropriate place to modify this bundle (i.e., pop the end of the list) ? I currently peek at the list when a meta bundle is generated from the bundle. However, I'm unclear what the appropriate place is to modify the bundle, so that is only changed once prior to forwarding. Thanks, Tomasz

Group Messaging

I would like to use the "group" command for dtnsend. In the sender, I have set the routing to epidemic, launched the daemon and typed dtnsend -g dtn://groupName/InboxReceiver <filename> I have two other nodes that are configured with default routing. As it is described here, https://mail.ibr.cs.tu-bs.de/pipermail/ibr-dtn/2014-January/000534.html I launched their daemons and typed the command dtnrecv --group dtn://groupName/InboxReceiver But I did not received any bundle. Telnet server

Hi you all. By exploring the code I found out that a telnet server is running on localhost:4550. By grep-ing "if(cmd" in the files I found some command could be issued. However I could send/receive any bundle through this interface. Could anyone give me some explanation about this ? I'm working on ibr-dtn and I'm in needs, as I already told in a previous mail, of using Java and ibr-dtn. Instead of working on a specialized JNI/JNA solution or whatever-else I decided to write a telnet server (which will be then usable from Python, Java, C, C++, everything else! But do not want to recreate something which already does exist. Hi, We still cannot compile dtninbox for version 12 and we need to do some important tests which have been delayed too much. We only need the base version of this tool, as we only modified dtnsend and that one we can compile. If someone can compile ibrdtn-tools successfully, it would tremendously helpful if you could send us the binary/executable for dtninbox version 0.12.0 for OpenWrt and devices ar7xxxx .
