[ibr-dtn] Get time and date in applications

Hello,

I want to add a get time and date feature in dtnsend/recv and dtnoutbox/inbox. I think it might be useful since the 0.10.0 version doesn't display such messages in the daemon.

Where can I find the application code and edit them? I have only found the executables so far.
