[ibr-dtn] Temporary vs. Persistent Storage in IBR-DTN

The storage configuration section of the IBR-DTN configuration file allows you to define folders for temporary and persistent storage of bundles. When will a bundle be stored in temporary storage vs. persistent storage? When are bundles removed from these storage locations?
