[ibr-dtn] buffer management policy‏

Dear all,

Do you know which buffer management policy is used by IBR-DTN to flush the buffer and send out the buffered bundles to the end node? To me, it looks like a random (I mean not FIFO, not LIFO).

I have looked on the web information but I could not find any concrete information about it.
