Hello.

TCP connections are not the best choise in any case. TCP manages
internal timers and tries to recovery connections if possible. However,
this approach tend to perform very low if there are short-lived
connections and many disruption.

You can tweak down the "keepalive_timeout" option to make the TCP-CL
more responsive, but maybe it is a better option to switch to "dgram:udp".
