[ibr-dtn] Disable archiving in IBRDTN

Hi all,

I see that IBRDTN is internally archiving (using tar library) bundle payload before transferring it from the source, with a dtninbox/dtnoutbox mailbox setup. Even the tutorial page mentions that dtnsend can be used instead of dtnoutbox, but not before tarring the file (tar c <file> |dtnsend).

The problem occurs when very small files are sent - I sent a file containing 3 bytes, and the bundle payload size both on the disk and on the wire went upto 10KB. Given that archiving may be useful only for packaging multiple files into one file, I was wondering if there is an option to disable archiving in IBR-DTN.
