[ibr-dtn] What does "IBR-DTN" stand for?

I do not know if this has been answered before, but I could not find anywhere on the Internet an answer to this simple question. What does "IBR-DTN" stand for? I assume "DTN" stands for Delay Tolerant Network(ing), but what about "IBR"?
