In your Android phone, when you share a file, the Sharebox option is shown. Then choose your target device.

There's Sharebox in Android. In Linux, you can use the dtnsend, dtnrecv, dtninbox, and dtnoutbox to share files. If you want Linux to interact with the Android Sharebox, just use the said programs and use the address dtn://<address_name>/sharebox when sending.
