[ibr-dtn] Stack Monitor

Hello All,

I am new to IBR-DTN and I was wondering if there exists code for a stack monitor that would allow a user to see what DTN bundles have been received in memory? Also, is there a simple tool to manipulate the stack from the command line? This would be helpful for sending simple bundles for testing.
