Dear Johansen,
Sorry for late replay you,
I build IBR-DTN and make a test with some scenario. I check the delay time, packet loss and throughput. But until now I still don't know how the mechanism to add bundle layer on TCP/IP for store and forward.
I would be very grateful if you can share me reference about that.
best regards

Hello,
IBR-DTN does not just realize a single protocol. It contains a suite of
mechanisms to realize a store-carry-and-forward network. Depending on
the configuration of a node, the communication between nodes might based
on the TCP Convergence-Layer Protocol RFC 7242 [1]. The architecture and
the behavior of IBR-DTN is based on the Delay-Tolerant Architecture (RFC
4838) and the Bundle Protocol (RFC 5050).
Since the Bundle Protocol is an overlay network, it is a bad idea to
compare it directly with TCP. Maybe you can be more precise what you are
looking for? What do you expect to conclude if you compare IBR-DTN with TCP?
Kind regards,
