Thank you sir. Kindly notify me (us) if it is up again.

Just to let you (IBR-DTN team) know what we are doing: We are developing disaster-resilient communication systems. The context of our research is that the Philippines, where I am from, is a disaster center as it lies on the Pacific ring of fire and on the path of many tropical cyclones. Since communication infrastructures are down after earthquakes or storms, we need to have a disaster resilient communications for survivors and responders. We are developing these systems by integrating different technologies such as unmanned systems, near-cloud devices, facial recognition, NEBMS, IBR-DTN and others. We are also designing these for pre-disaster situations such as evacuations.

Hello Dominic.

Unfortunately, the server has been accidentally wiped and is no longer
available. We are working on a replacement using bintray.com, but it can
take some time until it is available.

Kind regards,
Johannes Morgenroth
