IBRDTN between 2 nodes across the internet

I have tried several combinations of ibrdtn.conf stanzas to get 2 hosts talking dtn, but I have not had any success.
Could someone show me an example configuration for 2 hosts, routed thru the internet by tcp?
I have tried with and without DHT.
Thanks for any and all assistance,
Walter

Hi Walter,
at first you need to ensure that the ports on which the dtnd is listening need to be reachable from "the outside". If you know the (static) IP address, or have a dynamic DNS service available, you can add a static route in the config file, an example is given in the file.
To see if the ports are available, you can use telnet, netcat or similar to connect to the remote machine at the port the TCPCL is listening on.
If there is some kind of router in between and you are using NAT, you should forward the port to the machine running dtnd.
Best, Stephan
