[libsmi] can not make libsmi

Hi

I download the libsmi-0.4.8 into my local QNX machine.

I try to do "make". But I got error: "make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop"

I try to do "make install", I got error "make: *** No rule to make target `install'. Stop.".

Is this a configure problem. Can anybody give me a example of ./configure?
