
The makefile(s) in the win directory can be modify to use Boralnd bcc32 compiler.

There are msvc++ code changes to support int64 and uint64.
If bcc32 uses the same types for 64 bit variables as msvc, you just need to add the cpp flag in the special msvc cases. If not, you need to find out how bcc32 supports 64bit variables and change the code accordingly.
