[libsmi] Anonymous CVS Server not available

Hi!

Due to a breakin into our anonymous CVS server which usually makes read-only modules for the "scotty", "scli", and "libsmi" projects available, we had to stop this service for the time being. Since the attacker gained shell access and since we don't know enough details about the underlying vulnerability, we cannot estimate when this security problem will be fixed and the CVS repository will be online again. Until then, I've setup a nightly cron job that puts tarballs of freshly checked out CVS modules to the following places:
