Why? When did SMI disallow it? I agree that it might not be wise, but making this a fatal error in smidump --format=mosy CISCO-CLASS-BASED-QOS-MIB.my seems a little extreme.
Unsigned64 does not exist as a base type in the SMIv2. SPPI is not SMIv2. If you write MIB modules, you have to comply to the SMIv2 rules.
