[libsmi] [PATCH] Add .gitignore file

Hi, The attached patch proposes a .gitignore file be added to avoid potentially adding files to the git repo which are generated as part of the overall build process. Please let me know if I need to do anything else when submitting patches. Thank you! -Enji
