If it is critical, you may want to figure out how to compile the sources yourself. This is after all called open source (and not open precompiled binaries ;-).
Meanwhile, I uploaded a new zip archive but all I did was to type
make -f Makefile.mingw
on a Debian system which has the mingw cross compiler packages installed. This is not really hard to do and if something is really critical, you should probably figure out a way to help yourself.

PS: As usual, I can only cross compile and there is no guarantee that the resulting binaries do anything useful.
