Do you mean import *to* Rational Rose? I have not enough experience with Rose and never tried this. All I can say is that the answer to this question should not be specific to smidump. If there is any tool (which I'm not aware of) to convert dia class diagrams to Rose, this should work as well with the files created by smidump.
