I linked libsmi with dmalloc on UNIX, and it reports leaks too, but it reports them almost all in util.c . These patches allow util.c to work with dmalloc to report the actual allocating line -- since they rely on dmalloc internals, they might not be as portable as the existing HAVE_DMALLOC_H code.

I might get a chance to look at the results next week, but I figured I'd share the patch in case anyone else wants to do some debugging before then.
