I compiled Win32 executables from the current CVS version using mingw and I have packaged everything into a zip archive:

Ignorant as I am, the installation assumes that you unpack it under C: (I guess the Windows term for this is `drive' but I am not even sure). If this works for you, be happy. If you have a question, better ask your mother since she probably knows more about Windows than I do. ;-)
