DMH Software provides a full SNMP Agent (v1, v2c and V3) for LwIP platforms and other platforms.

DMH Mib Compiler is a backend for libsmi. It generated C files that then "plug-in" to the SNMP-Agent.

As for LWIP SNMP Agent: I think the built-in SNMPv1 comes with LwIP is too "rigid" to use generated files. I suspect you need to code additional MIBs "by hand".
