Hi everybody. The current version of libsmi does not contain a "smi.dtd". Where can I get the file?

The ID <draft-irtf-nmrg-smi-xml-00.txt> contains a DTD. The ID expired but you can still get it from the following location:
http://www.ibr.cs.tu-bs.de/~schoenw/draft-irtf-nmrg-smi-xml-00.txt
We did not update this ID because of the discussions going on right now in the SMIng WG of the IETF.
